Originally a stone built linhay whereby hay would have been off loaded directly into the upper floor (now the master bedroom) whilst machinery or animals were kept on the ground floor.

When Warden was a productive Farm The Stable housed shire horses in 3 stalls and hay and straw was kept above in what is now the bedroom.

This detached cottage is very spacious for 2  people, and is open plan. The living area has a generous kitchen opening out into the living room and dining area.

Originally a stone built barn. Built on a slope Folland is on a number of different levels both at ground and first floor.

When built The Shippen was used to house cattle, and is now a lovely secluded cottage with views directly over Dartmoor, with a private garden to the front and back. The rear garden is secure for dogs. 

The cottage is all on one level with one step up to the rear double bedroom and one step up to the twin bedroom.
